Loom is the video communication platform for async work that helps companies communicate better at scale, now part of the Atlassian family of work products including Confluence, Jira and Trello. As Product Manager on the Loom Core Product team, you will define and build experiences on a product loved by millions of users. What You'll Do
  1. Design and build end to end innovative features for video creation and editing.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our users and the market to ensure we are driving innovation and building for customer needs.
  3. Work across design, engineering, data, research, and marketing to define, prioritize and ship the roadmap.
  4. Find opportunities to leverage AI to build innovative experiences.
  5. Drive north star metrics, create delightful experiences for users and impact on our business.
Your Background
  1. 3+ years of product management experience
  2. You have experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams
  3. You believe in the power of video and its ability to transform communication at work
  4. You have a working knowledge of technical systems in order to understand engineering-driven prioritization trade-offs
  5. You're data-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds
  6. You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  7. [Preferred] Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences
  8. [Preferred] Experience working on consumer or product-led growth B2B SaaS products
Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  1. Zone A: $140,100 - $186,800
  2. Zone B: $126,100 - $168,200
  3. Zone C: $116,300 - $155,100

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
