What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the process from product development to product launch, ensuring alignment with project plans
- Own and communicate a product roadmap, collaborating with teams to prioritize development and market positioning
- Develop "go to market packaging" for products and support marketing strategies based on established objectives
- Conduct market research and summarize findings to inform product strategies and decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to validate product design and ensure alignment with market needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in Banking and/or Financial Services
- Experience in similar business product services and external customer/market experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship
