Plaid is hiring a Plaid Account Product Manager to own the consumer identity surface, including authentication UX and risk models. You will launch a surface to manage connections and permissions across web and mobile, and lead cross-functional workstreams to build a first-party consumer relationship.

You will roadmap a richer network of consumer profiles, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance to execute on goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building product at consumer-facing companies.
• Experience evolving user authentication stacks and explaining tradeoffs.
• Impactful, growth-oriented work with UX and ML elements.

Responsabilités

• Own the consumer identity surface on Plaid (UX and risk models).
• Launch a surface for managing connections and permissions across web and mobile.
• Lead company-wide workstreams to establish a first-party consumer relationship.
