Plaid is seeking a Plaid Account PM to own the consumer identity on Plaid, including authentication UX and risk models. You will oversee a surface for managing connections and permissions across web and mobile, and lead company-wide efforts to build a stronger consumer relationship.

You will drive a roadmap for richer consumer profiles and partner with design, research, data science, ML, legal, and compliance teams.

Competenze

• 5+ years of building product at consumer-facing companies.
• Experience evolving user authentication stacks and discussing tradeoffs.
• Experience driving growth-adjacent initiatives involving UX and ML.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset, ability to articulate opinions in ambiguity.
