Salary: Starting at $115,000 plus bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a defined consumer product portfolio, including assortment, profitability, and lifecycle strategy.
• Work on product specifications, testing, ensuring products perform to specifications.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead product launches, portfolio expansions, rationalizations, and end-of-life activities.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve business objectives.
• Use analytical skills to triangulate data, gathering information from numerous sources to build a comprehensive picture.
• Support commercial teams with product knowledge, tools, and market insights.
• Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margin, market share, and portfolio performance.
• Build business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Category Management.
• Experience in Consumer Products, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG preferred.
• Proven success leading portfolio extension, product launches, and geographic or channel expansions.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working within global or regional organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
