You will define requirements, conduct market research, and partner with Engineering and Design to take products from concept to launch, while prioritizing the roadmap and analyzing key metrics for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development processes.
• Experience with product documentation, user stories, requirements, or roadmap planning is a plus.
• Working knowledge of analytics, experimentation, and product metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify user needs and product opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver products from concept through launch.
• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and key performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Coordinate product launches and communicate requirements, timelines, and updates to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
• Track competitive and industry trends and translate relevant insights into product opportunities.
