Klaviyo in Boston, MA offers a 6-month paid Product Manager Co-op (Jan 4–June 25, 2027) onsite five days a week. You’ll be in the room where product decisions get made, collaborating with product, engineering, data, and design to identify real problems and move toward practical solutions.

No prior PM experience is required; you’ll prototype with APIs and data, use AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot, and learn to translate customer insights into clear product

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a CS or adjacent degree with May 2028 graduation.
No PM experience required; strong interest in AI and product development.
Familiar with APIs, databases, and data structures.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to discover, define, build, test, and launch product features
Talk directly with customers and stakeholders to understand problems and turn insights into requirements
Attend technical discussions to learn system architecture, APIs, data models, integrations
Build prototypes and write, test, and ship code to explore ideas
Use AI-assisted tools to prototype and accelerate discovery and delivery
Define and analyze product metrics to inform prioritization and roadmap
Communicate decisions and progress clearly across the team
