Job summary

Lenovo is expanding its Cloud Service Provider (CSP) team and seeking a Product Manager to define features across CSP products. This role partners with customers to translate requirements into product capabilities and works across internal teams to deliver value.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IT product roles, direct customer experience, and strong communication. Some travel (10-20%) is expected, and remote work is supported.

We are growing the team and seeking a CSP Product Manager. This individual will work with our customers to define product features and functions across various products.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure that product features and functions meet the current and future requirements of our customers
• Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
• Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
• Gather specific customer requirements for current opportunities and work across the organization to deliver a customized solutions
• Partner, collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery and support
• Lead and resolve business issues or problems that have business-wide impact
• Engage with various levels within the customer to effectively deliver key value proposition for Lenovo as well as our products and service

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
• Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
