Job summary

Dive CAE is a Berlin-based deep-tech software company building a cloud-native simulation platform for engineering teams. As Product Manager, you will own the product direction for our web platform: speaking with engineers at our customers, identifying critical problems to solve, shaping workflows and user experience, and driving releases together with the Web team.

You will work closely with the CTPO and two engineering leads, but product decisions become yours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, CFD, applied physics, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in CAE, software engineering on a technical product, or product management for a technical product.
• Design-minded with ability to produce wireframes and mockups that communicate intent.
• Comfortable communicating with demanding engineering audiences and technical credibility.
• Strong written communication; German language is a soft plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives for the Dive platform from discovery through release with the web team.
• Discover and prioritize based on customer workflows by talking with engineers and leads.
• Define the product by translating needs into PRDs, acceptance criteria, and workflow concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction sketches to communicate intent.
• Ship and learn by validating quality, enabling internal teams, and measuring adoption.
