State Street Alpha seeks an Officer, Product Manager to shape and deliver next‑gen EDM platform services. You will own requirements and backlog for data management capabilities across entity resolution and reference data, partnering with engineering and client teams to turn business needs into testable features.

You will define epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, support release readiness, and help deliver scalable, cloud‑native data services for large investment firms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis or data analysis in financial services or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of investment data domains and the investment lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL proficiency and comfort working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsabilités

• Own product requirements and backlog for EDM platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Document data mappings, reference data definitions and data quality rules.
• Analyze source data and models to define scope and gaps for extension.
• Define test scenarios, support UAT and verify feature readiness.
• Contribute to release planning, notes and configuration docs.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies; provide leadership updates.
• Participate in design reviews with architecture, engineering and clients.
• Support client engagements with demos and functional q&a.
• Maintain product docs and knowledge bases in Jira and Confluence.
