State Street Alpha seeks an Assistant Vice President, Product Manager to drive the next generation of EDM platform services. Own requirements and delivery for entity resolution, reference data management, data models and release readiness.

You will work with engineering, architecture and client teams to translate business needs into prioritized features that deliver measurable client value. Travel ~20% for client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or business analysis for software products.
• Experience with enterprise data management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and the investment lifecycle.
• Proven ability to write high-quality requirements and lead elicitation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native, API-driven and multi-tenant architectures; SQL is a plus.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own EDM platform capabilities from requirements through delivery.
• Shape and communicate the roadmap for your capability areas.
• Lead requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define matching rules, data mappings and reference data standards.
• Contribute to data model extensibility and release readiness.
• Lead client calls and workshops to validate requirements.
• Prioritize needs and manage risks across teams.
• Facilitate design reviews and guide UAT approach.
• Track delivery progress and report status and outcomes.
• Mentor analysts and junior team members.
