Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to define and own the roadmap for non-functional requirements, focusing on Availability and Resilience in a cloud-native banking environment.

You will partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, high-performing platforms and translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, guiding cross-functional teams and delivering value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or related field, with candidate expected to obtain by start date.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for non-functional requirements (NFRs) with focus on Availability and Resilience.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, reliable platforms.
