As Product Manager (Capital Markets), you'll lead the product strategy, roadmap, and feature development for the company's Risk Solutions product, tailored for PE & Corporate clients. This role offers significant strategic impact, requiring strong leadership, deep client understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in development, marketing and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Risk Solutions product line, ensuring it aligns with market needs and delivers value to Private Equity and Corporate clients.
  2. Continuously assess market trends & customer needs to inform product direction and ensure ongoing market relevance.
  3. Work closely with engineering to clearly define requirements and prioritize features that enhance the product's value proposition.
  4. Maintain communication with stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment on product vision, development progress and outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to shape the product's market positioning, go-to-market strategy and pricing approach.
  6. Act as the subject matter expert for the product in client discussions, gathering feedback to shape future enhancements.
Essential Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience in product management within financial services or fintech.
  2. Strong understanding of capital markets, financial risk management, or derivatives-based products.
  3. Experience with Private Equity fund management and corporate client needs is highly desirable.
  4. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence both technical and business teams.
  5. A track record of driving product development across the full lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.
  6. Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue, market penetration, and customer success.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Background in derivatives pricing, treasury management systems, or financial risk products.
  2. Experience working in high-growth fintech environments, supporting enterprise sales cycles and product launches.
  3. Familiarity with modern product management methodologies and tools.
