Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager for Build Forge in the United States. You will own the product direction, roadmap, and integrations across CAD/PLM and enterprise systems, collaborating with engineering, design, and customer success to translate complex workflows into scalable solutions.

The role requires deep understanding of engineering data, BOMs, revisions, and change management, plus strong communication to shape product strategy and drive adoption across customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in technical B2B software.
• Strong CAD/PLM domain knowledge and engineering lifecycle experience.
• Experience with enterprise engineering platforms (Windchill/Teamcenter/3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA/ Vault).
• Solid understanding of BOMs, revisions and engineering change management.
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear product priorities & requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design & customer success to deliver integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to discuss technical workflows with customers & developers.
• Experience with CAD plugins/PLM integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Build Forge roadmap and prioritize CAD/PLM integrations.
• Understand customer engineering workflows including revisions and BOMs.
• Translate customer challenges into clear requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver integrations and platform capabilities.
• Balance customer needs with scalable product solutions for broad adoption.
• Use feedback and adoption data to guide strategy and decisions.
• Support product adoption with Customer Success and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate workflows to simplify processes and improve connectivity between systems.
