What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a subject matter expert on the Bill Pay product
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and contribute to overall product strategy
- Write high-quality product briefs, epics, and stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to inform product vision and prioritization
- Manage the full product life-cycle, including analysis, go-to-market strategy, and performance tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four (4) years of product or project development experience in a software, SaaS, or fin-tech company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with PO/PM Certification desired
- Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and product analytics tools
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams
