Job summary

TalentHop is seeking a Product Manager in the United States to guide well-defined features from discovery through launch and post-launch assessment. You will work with engineering and design to turn insights into products that improve participant and administrator experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in product management or related roles, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product management or related roles such as business analysis, operations, UX, engineering, or client services.
• Experience in accounting, banking, fintech, or payment systems is a strong plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and deliver on commitments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Responsible use of AI-enabled tools in line with data governance policies.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and close collaboration with development teams.
• Comfortable engaging directly with engineers on technical details and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own features or workflows through discovery, launch, and follow-up.
• Create clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to assess solutions, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Use feedback and data to prioritize and refine product work.
• Prepare launch readiness plans, including support and training.
• Monitor post-launch adoption, quality, and outcomes to drive improvements.
• Maintain and communicate roadmap and backlog status.
• Develop knowledge of benefits administration, delivery models, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
