Job summary

Boardable is seeking a Product Manager for its core platform, owning workflows around agendas, minutes, meetings and related documents. This hands-on role requires writing requirements, shaping the backlog, and shepherding releases with engineering and product marketing.

You will work closely with the Director of Engineering and Product Owner, developing domain knowledge in board governance and customer-centric outcomes, including adoption and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience on a small team where you wrote requirements and stayed close to the build.
• Strong written communication; most decisions are made in writing.

Responsibilities

• Learn the product, segments, and governance workflows.
• Groom and define in-flight work (meeting series manager, agenda builder, minutes).
• Keep releases moving on a predictable cadence with Eng and PMM.
• Write specs and acceptance criteria engineers can use.
• Prioritize by customer value and revenue impact; say no when needed.
• Partner with sales/support on roadmap requests and customer feedback.
• Own outcomes: adoption, retention, and expansion.
