Job summary

LYA Collective in New York City is seeking a Product Manager with deep AI experience to shape how teams learn and collaborate with AI. The role is full-time and on-site in NYC, requiring 5+ years in AI/ML enablement or related fields.

You will design company-wide AI education programs, experiment with new models, and translate insights for both engineers and non-engineers. This opportunity offers generous equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or AI-powered automation systems with the latest models.
• Active daily work with frontier AI models.
• Passion for teaching others how to go from good to best-in-class in AI usage.
• 2-8 years of experience in AI/ML enablement, developer education, or building agentic workflows.
• Delivered AI training programs where employees already used AI daily.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable behavior change - not just attendance.
• Staying at the absolute frontier of AI capabilities - testing new models on release day, building with them, and translating insights into actionable guidance for engineers and non-engineers alike.
• Embedding directly with teams to identify capability gaps, redesign workflows around agents, and ensure adoption compounds across the organization.
• Translating frontier AI techniques into secure, reliable, and repeatable systems that a fast-growing company handling sensitive data can trust.
• Building skills, agents, and internal tools that teach people in the flow of work - creating zero-human loops where possible and freeing teams for higher-level work.

They’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience who is deeply immersed in AI, experiments with new models and agents, and can help shape how employees learn, adapt, and work alongside AI as the technology continues to evolve. This is a full-time on-site position in NYC.
