Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager, AI Solutions, to identify where AI can create value and guide solutions from concept through adoption. You will collaborate with frontline experts, stakeholders, and an AI Solutions Engineer to ensure measurable business impact.

Responsibilities include discovering problems, defining MVPs, creating business cases, and driving adoption across functions to deliver production-ready AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Demonstrated product/AI feature ownership from problem definition through launch.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and applications.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

As Product Manager, AI Solutions, you will identify where AI can create meaningful value, define the right problems to solve, and guide solutions from concept through adoption. You will work closely with frontline experts, stakeholders, and an AI Solutions Engineer to ensure every solution delivers measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

US ONLY:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
