As a Product Manager, AI Powered Experiences at Phase2, you will lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of intelligent digital products that leverage AI to create adaptive, personalized, and forward-looking experiences.

This role is ideal for a technical, hands-on product builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, actively uses AI in their work, and has experience shipping AI-powered features that deliver measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the Product Roadmap: Define and deliver the vision for AI-powered search, personalization, and workflow automation features that create tangible business outcomes.
• Ship Real AI Features: Work from idea launch on capabilities like semantic search, recommendations, conversational admin tools, and automated metadata tagging.
• Be the Technical Glue: Write clear, technically precise user stories, partner with engineers on APIs and data pipelines, and remove blockers quickly.
• Drive Clarity & Prioritization: Capture and refine requirements when they'; Note: fix newline issues
