Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for its AI Software Platforms team to drive agentic AI kernels and related runtimes. You will partner with engineering, research, and customers to shape strategy, develop roadmaps, and launch products that span data collection, synthetic data, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

This role rewards end-to-end ownership, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance performance, safety, and developer experience across multiple GPU

Qualifications

• 7+ years shipping developer/platform AI, ML infrastructure, or HPC products.
• Experience with AI agents or LLMs and coding agents.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and self-healing loops.
• Experience connecting agents to compilers or execution environments.
• Proven track record releasing automated testing/evaluation suites measuring correctness, performance, and latency.
• Data-driven decision making guides development and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Architect agent-focused products for generating, refactoring, and optimizing CUDA kernels and graph-level plans.
• Define data lifecycle for agent training and evaluation, including dataset curation and benchmark suites.
• Partner with CUDA, kernel, and compiler teams to integrate agents with compilers, profilers, and runtimes safely.
• Collaborate with developers, NVIDIA leaders, and ecosystem partners to drive multi-agent orchestration and launches.
