Job summary

Domino is seeking a Staff Product Manager in the United States to own AI platform capabilities, governance, and cloud layers. You will drive product strategy, empower data scientists and enterprise customers, and shape the future of AI deployment at scale.

You will lead governance features, platform evolution, and the next generation of MLOps, including generative AI support, with a focus on secure, scalable, and integrated workflows across SaaS and customer-managed environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management delivering enterprise software for data scientists or similar personas (ML/AI engineers, quantitative researchers).
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML ecosystems and ability to engage with the broader community.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and ability to align product strategy with customer needs and market trends.
• Strong technical proficiency and ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers.
• Enterprise customer intuition and experience engaging with enterprise sales and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the next chapter of Domino, driving strategy and vision for the platform capabilities.
• Lead governance, platform, and cloud layers to enable deployment, security, and scale for SaaS and customer-managed environments.
• Develop the next generation of MLOps, evolve support for Generative AI models, and expand AI workflows.
• Increase integration and coherence across the platform to accelerate production of AI projects.
