Job summary

Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager to shape the product vision with founders and work across engineering, sales, and marketing. You will help define strategy, set priorities, and guide API/SDK decisions while proving the roadmaps with customers.

This role emphasizes technical product sense, hands-on testing, and AI-aware decision making. You will own the quarterly roadmapping process, align multiple stakeholders, and help the team move fast in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• PM with technical product focus in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, or data.
• Able to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
• Hands-on: test products, talk to users, prototype.
• Strong strategic thinking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
• Turn customer, community, and market insights into build decisions.
• Lead new product areas from research through launch.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and docs.
• Align teams without adding unnecessary processes.
• Improve product-engineering team effectiveness with clear context and briefs.
• Own the quarterly roadmapping process.
