Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking a product manager to own a major surface within Works' core SaaS products (OnDemand, Scheduling, VMS). You will drive definition, build customer relationships, and ship initiatives that meaningfully impact clients and clinicians. A blend of strategic thinking, data fluency, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

You will work with engineers, designers, marketers and sales to define roadmaps, conduct demos, and ensure successful delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with track record of owning KPIs.
• Experience building and deploying B2B software and AI tooling for rapid prototyping.
• Fluent English communication and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant product surface within Works core products (OnDemand, Scheduling, VMS).
• Define product direction, gather customer input, and ship features with impact.
• Demonstrate product functionality, conduct demos, and train users.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, marketing, and sales across the organization.
• Leverage data and AI to inform decisions and roadmap prioritization.
