Job summary

You will talk to customers, translate ambiguous problems into clear docs, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship impactful features.

Ideal candidates have 3–10+ years in product management, strong communication skills, and a curiosity about physical operations and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years in product management, end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build roadmaps, not just execute.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort in an AI-accelerated build environment and knowing where AI helps.
• Analytical rigor using data and customer research for prioritization decisions.
• Genuine curiosity about how physical operations and supply chains work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.
• Talk directly to customers and internal stakeholders to uncover real problems.
• Turn ambiguous problems into concept docs, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering and design, including AI-accelerated workflows, to ship fast.
• Define metrics that tie the product to business outcomes and report them clearly.
• Represent the roadmap and tradeoffs to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Understand the operational reality behind your product area to anticipate issues.
