Job summary

Buckstop Industries Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own analytics, operations, and roadmap for enterprise SaaS products. You will partner with founders, engineers, and customers to translate complex needs into scalable, user-centric experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years shipping B2B software, strong analytics chops (Mixpanel/GA/Amplitude), and a track record building product operations in startups. You will thrive in ambiguity and own end-to-end product processes at Buckstop.

Qualifications

3+ years of PM experience shipping B2B or enterprise SaaS products.
Hands-on experience standing up product analytics from scratch (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA).
Direct experience building product operations infrastructure at a company without it.
Comfort operating with significant ambiguity: you build process, not inherit it.
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate between customers, engineers, and leadership.
Experience in energy, insurance, appraisal, or finance industry.

Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the user by establishing feedback loops with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Translate pain points, market opportunities, and requirements into clear product vision and roadmaps.
Drive product adoption, track user journeys, and identify friction across the platform.
Build and oversee our product analytics stack to extract actionable insights.
Define and measure core product metrics, funnels, and feature usage.
Work with engineering to establish tracking taxonomies and evaluate feature performance.
