Qualifications

• Ability to identify meaningful customer problems and turn them into intuitive products with strong craft.
• Sound tradeoffs among user experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Experience moving ambiguous cross-functional work from problem to shipped outcomes with clear ownership.
• Ability to learn from users across segments and translate needs into a coherent strategy.
• Practical AI fluency to use AI in research, decisions, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Uncover customer problems and product opportunities to define strategy and roadmap.
• Turn ambitious ideas into launches with design and engineering collaboration.
• Make hard calls balancing impact, opportunity, complexity, and quality.
• Shape how AI changes the product and the way we build it.
• Raise the bar for product thinking with clarity, learning, and durable principles.
