Job summary

Figma is seeking a strategic Product Manager to shape the future of Collab Tools (FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Specs). You will define the strategy and roadmap, collaborating with Design and Engineering to deliver innovative, consumer-grade experiences for B2B teams and scale AI-powered features across surfaces.

You will synthesize signals, defend a clear point of view, and partner across executive and product teams to drive fast, high-quality results while maintaining a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience shipping meaningful, consumer-grade products at B2B companies.
• Ability to develop and defend a clear point of view in ambiguous situations.
• Hands-on experience defining evals and designing applied AI products.
• Fluency with the latest AI tools and curiosity about how AI is changing EP teams.
• Track record of moving fast even within a larger organization.
• Fluency across quantitative, qualitative, and market signals to inform prioritization.
• Strong communication and organizational skills from IC to executive.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for one of our key products (e.g. FigJam).
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship foundational improvements and 0-to-1 bets with high craft and quality.
• Synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and market signals into a sharp product POV.
• Build durable relationships across your team, pillar, and cross-functional partners, including executives.
• Define and run evals grounded in real user behavior to measure quality, latency, and cost.
• Push the frontier of AI-native product development in what you ship and how the team plans and builds.
• Operate end-to-end from long-term strategy through launch and iteration, moving fast without lowering standards.
