Job summary

Figma is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Product Manager to shape the future of Collab Tools (FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Specs). You’ll define how teams plan, capture intent, and communicate from brainstorm to prototype, while AI helps surfaces become more intuitive and powerful.

You’ll own the strategy and roadmap for a key product, partner with Design and Engineering, translate signals into a POV, and drive end-to-end delivery with a bias for quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-grade products at B2B companies
• Ability to develop and defend a clear point of view
• Experience building agentic experiences, defining evals, applying AI products
• Fluency with latest AI tools and curiosity about how AI changes product teams
• Track record of moving fast within large organizations
• Fluency in interpreting quantitative, qualitative, and market signals for prioritization
• Strong communication and organizational skills from IC to exec level

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product (e.g. FigJam) and drive vision for Collab Tools
• Partner with Design and Engineering to ship foundational improvements and 0-to-1 bets
• Synthesize signals into a sharp point of view on what to build and why
• Build durable relationships across your team, pillar, cross-functional partners, including executives
• Define and run agent evals grounded in real user behavior to measure quality and cost
• Push AI-native product development in what you ship and how teams plan and build
• Operate area end-to-end from strategy to launch and iteration, moving fast with high standards
