Job summary

Capital One's Business Cards & Payments team is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager to own end-to-end feature development for card and payments experiences. You’ll translate business needs into clear product requirements, collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders, and drive delivery in an agile environment.

You'll break down epics into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain product roadmaps with a bias toward delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields (product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech teams to define acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future features.
• Break down epics into features and user stories to drive MVP delivery.
• Own and prioritize feature roadmaps and ensure processes to manage risk.
• Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge solutions.
