Job summary

Artos, Inc. is seeking a technically strong Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of the Artos platform.

You will work with founders, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate requirements into production-ready functionality. This hands-on role blends product management with technical project management, defining requirements, coordinating development, and ensuring customer value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience, including both software engineering and product management.
• Hands-on experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building and shipping B2B software products as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, release.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for assigned features from requirements to release.
• Translate product ideas and customer needs into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support prioritization and translate strategy into executable development plans.
• Coordinate feature testing with stakeholders and datasets.
• Define and implement product analytics to measure adoption and performance.
• Track features, bugs, dependencies, blockers, and decisions across the lifecycle.
• Maintain product documentation, testing results, and release notes.
• Establish lightweight processes to improve collaboration and visibility across teams.
