Job summary

Dynamo AI is seeking a Product Manager to own the AgentWarden roadmap, focusing on pre-deployment risk assessment, runtime controls, and incident alerting for AI agents. You will work with engineering, research, and customers’ security teams to translate pilot findings into scoped product requirements and measurable success metrics.

You will spend significant time with customers, identify economic buyers, and help turn pilots into production deployments, while collaborating with other PMs on

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in security, developer tools, or AI/ML products sold to enterprises.
• Hands-on familiarity with how agents are built, including tool calling and at least one agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK or CrewAI).
• Ability to read Python or TypeScript and discuss detection approaches with engineers.
• Experience running customer discovery with technical buyers and turning insights into scoped requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the AgentWarden roadmap against defined customer problems and success metrics.
• Lead customer discovery and pilot engagements with enterprise security and AI platform teams.
• Identify buyers, approvers, and operators for deployments and shape pilots accordingly.
• Write requirements for engineering and research, including test sets and acceptance criteria.
• Track agent frameworks and related threat research and update the roadmap as they evolve.
• Coordinate with DynamoGuard and DynamoEval PMs on policies, evaluations, and alerting.
