• Build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across a complex enterprise without formal authority.

Overview

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, a quantitative field, or a related area.
• Experience with platform products, APIs, integrations, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience with conversational AI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, contact center technology, or digital self-service solutions.
• Working knowledge of API-based architecture, authentication services, system integrations, and enterprise data flows.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable capabilities that can be reused across teams or business units.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.

Salary

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 109,700 - 182,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
