Hi, my name is Megan Berry, Senior Director of Product Management at Customer.io , and I'm looking for a Product Manager to improve how customers experience their first weeks with us. Our self-serve business is a growing part of how customers discover and adopt Customer.io , and this role sits at the center of that motion, working alongside our Senior PM on the self-serve pod. You'll have real ownership over a defined slice of the journey, with the data, experimentation muscle, and cross-functional partners to move it.
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $137k–$156k USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
Zone 1: $164,400–$187,200.
Zone 2: $150,700–$171,600.
Zone 3: $137,000–$156,000.
