What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Own the Accounts Payable (AP) integrations roadmap, delivering seamless connections with ERP/accounting platforms (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
  • Define and track AP-specific metrics such as invoice cycle times, payment accuracy, vendor adoption, and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure a high-quality AP experience
  • Translate complex AP workflows into clear user stories and product requirements
  • Conduct research and validate assumptions to ensure the right problems are being solved for AP users

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, preferably with ERP/accounting/finance systems
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AP or finance operations, including invoice processing and vendor management
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and data analysis (SQL or BI tools)
  • Metrics-driven mindset with experience in defining KPIs and measuring impact
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Exposure to AI/ML in AP automation
  • Familiarity with global AP/finance regulations
  • Experience with large-scale SaaS workflow products
