Job summary

The Judge Group in Omaha, NE (Hybrid) is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery, shape delivery strategy, and build value-driven operating models that drive business outcomes.

You will manage the complete product lifecycle, work with ERP/data-intensive environments, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected, with Agile and DevSecOps experience a plus.

• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize product initiatives and drive successful delivery.
• Experience building operational and value-based delivery models.
• Strong data and ERP experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Relevant work experience.

Job Description: This is a true Product Manager role, not a Product Owner position. The focus is on end-to-end product management, delivery strategy, and building value-driven operating models.
