Job summary

VGW is seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Poland. You will oversee product delivery and discovery with a focus on strategic and operational objectives. Responsibilities include launching high-value engagement features, building a data-driven roadmap, and driving market research to identify opportunities.

You will collaborate across teams, lead discovery and testing cycles, and contribute to brand growth and player engagement for VGW’s free-to-play games.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in iGaming, online casinos, sports betting or related consumer sectors.
• Experience delivering products iteratively with modern methodologies (ShapeUp, Kanban, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven track record of growing brands across revenue, revenue per user and retention.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Poland and are currently looking for a Product Manager to join the team.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our product delivery and product discovery processes, with a focus on achieving both strategic and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver high value engagement features: Concept, launch, and iterate on engagement mechanics - such as segmented real-time bonus engines, gamified loyalty tiers, and competitive tournament frameworks - specifically designed to expand market share from discovery and ideation all the way through to market release
• Build and execute a commercially driven product roadmap, ruthlessly prioritising high-impact engagement features that directly expand market share, maximise player LTV, and accelerate brand growth
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Drive the product discovery process by defining and refining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, leveraging user feedback and market insights
• Execute High Velocity Experimentation: Lead a test and learn cadence across major funnels and features from player onboarding to loyalty programs
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement

What you will bring to the role:

• A bachelor-level degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience
• Experience working in iGaming, online casinos, sports betting or closely related consumer sectors
• Experience delivering products iteratively via modern methodologies, including but not limited to ShapeUp, Kanban, Scrum, etc.
• Proven Track Record of growing brands across metrics such as revenue, net revenue and active player retention
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to suit the audience and clearly articulate complex concepts
