The Product Manager leads strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products by aligning market needs, customer insights, and business goals to drive cross-functional execution and ensure product success.

The Opportunity:

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product lines within the RCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and support) to execute on product plans from ideation through launch and optimization.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the healthcare RCM landscape.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success, usage, and financial performance.
  • Create detailed business cases and product requirement documents, prioritizing features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with revenue, sales, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies, training, and enablement efforts.
  • Manage product lifecycle processes, including product launches, end-of-life decisions, and ongoing enhancements.

What you bring:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with preferred at least 2 years in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare IT, or healthtech domains.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional product development teams from concept to delivery.
  • Strong track record of customer research, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
    Experience working in agile product development environments.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, billing, claims management, denials, and payment processing.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to tie product metrics to company-level KPIs.
