We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and scale key areas of our platform. This person will be responsible for driving both short-term product execution and contributing to long-term strategic direction, all while working cross-functionally across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams. You'll serve as the connective tissue between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring our products deliver measurable value to users.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute on the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams across time zones to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure go-to-market readiness, customer success, and ongoing product alignment with market needs.
• Lead customer discovery, research, and stakeholder sessions to gather insights and validate assumptions.
• Use a data-driven approach to prioritize features and define success metrics.
• Drive continuous delivery of incremental value, focused on user outcomes.
• Take full ownership and accountability of your product area—seeing initiatives through from concept to delivery, creating user stories, acceptance criteria and managing product backlog.
• Help shape and evolve the overall product strategy, aligning with company goals and user feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience. Enterprise SaaS is a must have for this position.
• Experience in FinTech, RegTech, or complex financial systems is a strong plus.
• Skilled in working within Agile development environments, across distributed teams.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with engineering, sales, marketing, and support.
• Highly curious and analytical, with a strong ability to translate user and business needs into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and driving projects forward.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills—you can lead a customer call or a team sprint review with equal confidence.
