Job summary

Qualifications

• Минимум 5 лет опыта в product management, в B2B, финтех или сложных платформах.

Responsibilities

• Определение и ведение видения продукта, стратегии и дорожной карты для услуг открытия аккаунтов и верификации личности Alpaca.
• Управление жизненным циклом структур аккаунтов (fully disclosed, omnibus, omnibus с суб-аккаунтингом) для глобальных клиентов B2B.
• Разработка функций для открытия счетов юридических лиц, создание суб-аккаунтов и управление различными типами аккаунтов.
• Руководство стратегией KYC и верификацией личности с привлечением партнеров и сторонних провайдеров.
• Сотрудничество с юридическим отделом, комплаенсом и региональными командами с учётом требований лицензирования и обработки данных.
• Подготовка PRD и user stories для согласования между командами.

• As a Product Manager - Accounts, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Alpaca's core account management and identity verification systems.


• You will be the voice of our partners, working to create a flexible and compliant global account infrastructure.

• You will work closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and business development teams to navigate the complexities of different jurisdictions and deliver a world-class account experience.

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B, fintech, or complex platform products


• Experience with products related to user onboarding, identity verification (KYC/AML), or account management systems


• A strong understanding of the operational and regulatory complexities in financial services, especially concerning client onboarding and account lifecycle management


• Proven ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and work effectively with engineering, legal, and compliance teams


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders


• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track product performance and make informed decisions


• A genuine passion for financial markets and a strong desire to build products that empower developers and democratize access to financial services


• Experience working in an agile development environment

• Define and analyze key metrics such as onboarding success rates, account funding times, and KYC pass-through rates to measure success and identify areas for improvement
