Roles and Responsibilities

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Product Manager to lead our Search Marketing Measurement objectives. This role is essential in deploying measurement methodologies, integrating Ad partner insights, and developing features to enable campaign measurement and bidding decisions at scale.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Campaign Management, Analytics, Finance, and Data Science, to deeply understand their needs and shape the data strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate across Product, Program, Engineering, and Leadership teams, making transparent decisions while balancing diverse and sometimes competing priorities
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions
  • Write clear and compelling product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, hypotheses, and success metrics for new features or product enhancements
  • Champion your products you care deeply about, advocate effectively, and believe passionately in their value
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to continually enhance your data products
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field—or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on data products, ideally in the marketing domain
  • Strong foundation in data engineering, data analysis, or related disciplines, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation
  • Excellent technical acumen, enabling you to participate in detailed technical design discussions
  • Strong communicator, capable of articulating a compelling product vision to peers and senior leadership alike
  • A strategic thinker and problem solver—analytically rigorous yet always focused on the big picture
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year product strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics best practices and digital marketing is a plus
