• Experience leading UX initiatives and product roadmaps across multiple locations.
• Ability to define KPIs and use analytics to guide feature iterations.

Responsibilities

• User Experience scalability: lead end-to-end UX for single and multi-location operators balancing merchant flexibility with intuitive UX.
• Roadmap Strategy: translate merchant research and user feedback into a prioritized high-impact product roadmap.
• Data Driven Iteration: define KPIs and leverage product analytics to guide feature iterations.
