Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing technology company in Seattle, for an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for a core product line. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, design, and business strategy, translating customer needs and data into features that ship and move the metrics that matter.
Day to day, you will split time between deep discovery work, defining requirements, and staying close to your engineering and design partners as they build. You will run sprint planning and reviews, make prioritization calls under real constraints, and defend your roadmap with data rather than opinion. People who thrive here are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, enjoy the back-and-forth of cross-functional collaboration, and get genuine satisfaction from watching a feature they scoped move a dashboard number.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.
