Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Product Manager for Advisor & Client Technology Solutions to drive execution and delivery for one or more products, bridging business priorities, customer needs, and engineering execution.

The role requires 4–7 years of product ownership or management experience, a strong Agile background, and excellent stakeholder communication. Hybrid work model with multiple hub locations is offered.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar disciplines.

Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-time, Exempt

Salary: $100,000 - $138,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus

Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Our competitive compensation is just one component of Osaic’s total compensation package.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Basic Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar disciplines.
• Experience managing products throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile product delivery frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
