Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
• 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: broker‑dealer compliance, compliance project management, business analysis, program management, product marketing
• Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL, etc.) and data analysis.
• Strong writing and communications skills
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and/or product development lifecycles.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
• Experience working closely with leadership.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
