Job description

Product Manager for Slurry Delivery Systems is a critical role within MEGA, responsible for owning and evolving our flagship slurry delivery products as we scale toward global market leadership. This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, product strategy, engineering execution, and operational excellence. The Product Manager will be deeply involved in shaping MEGA 2.0, driving clarity, discipline, and purpose as we transition from custom-driven execution to scalable, platform-based growth. This position will be actively mentored by senior leadership and is designed for a high-potential leader ready to elevate their impact, sharpen their product instincts, and grow into a world‑class product leader.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product strategy and lifecycle for MEGA’s slurry delivery systems, from concept through end‑of‑life.
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and value propositions.
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities in partnership with Sales, Applications, and Engineering to identify unmet needs and guide differentiation.
  • Drive product standardization and platform thinking to reduce customization, improve margins, and accelerate delivery.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, NPI, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), ensuring clear requirements, disciplined execution, and commercial readiness.
  • Establish and maintain product KPIs including adoption, cost, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing with clear positioning, pricing guidance, competitive insights, and training materials.
  • Act as a product leader within MEGA 2.0—bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to how products are defined and executed.
  • Operate with a Lean, disciplined mindset—favoring clarity, standard work, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Work in close alignment with the MEGA Operating System, reinforcing operating cadence, cross‑functional collaboration, and accountability.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, staying close to customers, products, and manufacturing realities.
  • Continuously improve how product decisions are made, communicated, and executed across regions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, slurry delivery, wet process systems, or adjacent high‑purity fluid handling markets strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline required; PhD strongly preferred, particularly in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or semiconductor process‑related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and value propositions.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills with experience working across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
  • Comfort operating in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders and regions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, experiments, and structured problem‑solving to inform product and business decisions.
Key Competencies
  • Customer‑centric mindset grounded in real‑world process understanding.
  • Structured thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity.
  • Bias for action with strong follow‑through.
  • Strong communication skills—able to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with openness to coaching, mentorship, and continuous development.
