Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build accurate timelines.
  • Manage detailed project schedules in Asana.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely sample delivery.
  • Oversee supplier sampling timelines once product designs are finalized, ensuring all sample rounds are completed and approved prior to production.
  • Manage production approvals once items move into manufacturing and ensure all approvals are logged and documented properly.
  • Communicate all approval statuses and project readiness to Operations and Supply Chain for successful handoff.
  • Conduct weekly project reviews to identify risks, track bottlenecks, and provide clear status reports to leadership.
  • Perform quality checks (QC) on samples to confirm accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Input all new product development details into New Item Forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Drive stage‑gate discipline and accountability across all variant development projects to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to support our product lifecycle from concept through production. This role plays a key part in driving stage-gate discipline, managing timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring all development milestones are met. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where multiple projects move simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to build and maintain accurate stage‑gate timelines for all product development projects.
  • Manage and maintain detailed project schedules in Asana, assigning deadlines, owners, dependencies, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure sample delivery within agreed SLAs, escalating delays or risks as needed.
  • Oversee supplier sampling timelines once product designs are finalized, ensuring all sample rounds are completed and approved prior to production.
  • Manage production approvals once items move into manufacturing and ensure all approvals are logged and documented properly.
  • Communicate all approval statuses and project readiness to Operations and Supply Chain for successful handoff.
