Job description

Reimagine the infrastructure of cancer care within a community that values integrity, inspires growth, and is uniquely positioned to create a more modern, connected oncology ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve and extend lives by learning from the experience of every person with cancer. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our oncology workflow products that clinicians rely on every day to deliver safe and efficient cancer care — from diagnosis and staging through treatment planning, ordering, and delivery. You will work in our matrix model alongside a team of cross‑functional peers to build smart, simple, and safe solutions that form the backbone of cancer care delivery — directly impacting patients at every step of their treatment journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission‑driven company and make a meaningful impact on cancer care and research.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute product strategy in collaboration with engineering, design, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact solutions.
  • Own the product lifecycle for applications supporting clinical oncology workflows from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of data‑driven products and production‑ready AI/ML capabilities that streamline clinical operations, reduce cognitive burden, and reinforce safe, high‑quality care delivery.
  • Drive product discovery through partnership with stakeholders, user research with customers, and data and clinical insights to inform product priorities and roadmaps.
  • Lead your team to translate complex clinical context, technical constraints, and business goals into clear product requirements, making strategic tradeoffs to deliver safe and delightful solutions.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to strict safety, regulatory, and compliance standards while delivering an intuitive user experience for care teams.
  • Establish clear KPIs for clinical workflow efficiency and product adoption, and hold your cross‑functional pod accountable to measurable patient and business outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate your product vision, strategy, and roadmap to diverse stakeholders including internal teams, customers, and vendor partners.
Who You Are

You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem‑solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're a Product Manager with a track record of shipping products that users love and have led complex, ambiguous projects end‑to‑end in a product, research, or data‑oriented discipline with 3+ years of proven product management capabilities.

  • BA/BS degree (technical field preferred) or equivalent practical experience in a software, SaaS, or healthcare technology environment, with 3+ years of proven product management capabilities: independently scoping requirements, translating complex user workflows into technical backlogs, and leading cross‑functional teams from concept to launch.
  • Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to complex, rapidly evolving challenges for both your team and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML‑enabled product development, with a curiosity for leveraging modern AI tools and methodologies to solve complex data and workflow challenges.
  • Customer‑centric B2B/Enterprise mindset with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, capable of deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into clear strategy.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to interpret data insights, navigate tradeoffs, and manage execution across competing priorities with high autonomy.
Extra credit
  • Experience working in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or directly with clinical users and stakeholders
  • Experience working in highly regulated or compliance‑driven environments

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and 3 office days set by you and your team. For more information on our approach to hybrid work, please visit the how we work website.
