The Business Graph connects and resolves businesses, locations, professionals, and related business attributes to create a comprehensive view of business identities and relationships.

The Product Manager will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to translate business and client needs into scalable product capabilities. The role will focus on improving business identity resolution, graph connectivity, data coverage and quality, source evaluation, and downstream usability of Business Graph data.

This individual will operate as an independent product owner within a defined scope, managing the product roadmap and backlog, defining requirements, monitoring product performance, and supporting the continued development and adoption of Business Graph capabilities.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management and analytical skills with experience or familiarity in B2B data, identity resolution, entity matching, marketing data, or other data‑intensive products.

  • Drive improvements in Business Graph coverage, connectivity, accuracy, consistency, and data quality.
  • Support the evaluation of new and existing data sources and signals to determine their potential value to Business Graph coverage, connectivity, accuracy, and product differentiation.
  • Establish and manage product OKRs and KPIs, including measures related to coverage, match rates, data quality, graph connectivity, source contribution, adoption, availability, and operational performance.
  • Execute product development plans in partnership with Product Leadership, Engineering, Data Science, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate product validation and release readiness to ensure new capabilities meet defined business, functional, and quality requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and client‑facing teams to understand B2B identity use cases and support product positioning, launches, and adoption.
  • Support Business Graph use cases across identity resolution, data enrichment, analytics, audience development, activation, and measurement.
  • Build and maintain product business plans supporting adoption, revenue, operational performance, and cost‑efficiency goals.
  • Monitor product performance and client feedback and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support product enhancements, competitive differentiation, and emerging B2B identity and data opportunities.
  • Work with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure appropriate requirements are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.
