Job summary

Jobtailor in Monroe, NC seeks a Product Manager to lead the North American sliding door portfolio from ideation to phase-out. You will identify market needs and competitive positioning using Voice of Customer data and market analysis to shape Market Requirements Specifications for new products and enhancements.

You will support Sales/Marketing with training and tools, and work with global teams on platforms, innovations, and future portfolio development.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA a plus.
  • Several years of experience in Product Management or commercial roles in technical products.
  • Proven experience in defining product requirements, managing product lifecycles, and building business cases.
  • Experience in building products, access solutions, or automation systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are helpful.
